PIC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Springfield Golf and Country Club in Guelph. The PIC’s Board of Directors passed an amendment to By-Law Number 1, Section 8 – Members – at the April 17, 2018 Board of Director’s meeting. The PIC Board of Directors will be recommending it’s members to confirm the passing of this amendment:
Motion: to replace the term” Honorary Lifetime member” with “Founding member” and to further strike 8.1.1. sub heading D and E:
D: Have been installed by motion of the Board; and
E: Apply to the Directors for admission.

PIC vacant Board of Directors positions will be elected by the membership at the AGM. There are currently three (3) 3-year term vacancies on PIC’s Board of Directors. To be eligible to be on the Board of Directors, members must:
- Be a member in good standing;
- Be a person who is over eighteen (18) years of age;
- Not be a person who has been found to be incapable in any court in Canada or elsewhere; and
- Not be a person who has the status of bankrupt.
Your proxy holder will be authorized to exercise your vote on matters raised for decision at the PIC Annual Meeting, excluding the election of directors. You may cast your election ballot in advance using the Advance Absentee Ballot Form – Appendix A found here.
