PIC Executive Director Job Description
Working Term & Schedule:
Full-time, flexible hybrid position

Location:
The PIC office is in Guelph, and we currently operate in a flexible hybrid work environment.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Chair and Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) provides overall strategic management and leadership. You will advance the mission of the PIC by working collaboratively with related member organizations, facilitating creative solutions to deliver an efficient poultry education and extension program in Canada.
With both a strategic and operational focus, the ED, through a small innovative and diverse team, will understand, direct, execute, and communicate the value of the PIC. Using exceptional communication, problem-solving and advocacy skills, you foster excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to maximize the impact of partner research, education, and knowledge transfer. You excel at facilitating conversations and collaborating with people from various backgrounds to find creative and innovative solutions to address poultry education.
