Science in the Pub  for September 23rd is now full.

Please note that we will not be taking at the door registration due to the limited size of the venue.

Our Science in the Pub sessions allow a broad range of stakeholders in the Ontario poultry industry to gather in an informal and lively atmosphere to discuss, debate and share different perspectives on timely topics and issues affecting the poultry industry.  

“Gut Health – Alternatives to Antibiotics – Which one’s Work”. 

The session will feature a quick overview on gut health with a review of 3 practical on-farm trials using the following alternatives to antibiotics:

        • Water Sanitation
        • Pro/Prebiotics
        • Enzymes

Guest Speakers: Dr. Lloyd Weber, Dr. Elijah Kiarie and Mike Edwards

When: Monday September 23, 2019, doors open at 4:30, session begins at 5:00.

Location: Shakespeare Arms Pub, 35 Harvard Road, Guelph, Ontario

Registration Fee: General admission $30.00, Students $10.00.

The registration fee includes wings and veggies.  There will be a cash bar available.
